Whole30 Day 19 Wrap-Up

Well, it was another day of decent sleep and my weight inching downward. Does that even make sense when talking about weight? “Inching?” Whatever; I’m keeping it.

Breakfast: Two eggs sunny-side up and sugar-free bacon. No fruits or veggies because I had coffee.

Lunch: I had smoked some pork and made pulled pork, so Sherry baked some thinly-sliced sweet potato and made some guacamole and we put the pulled pork onto the sweet potato chips and put guacamole on top and had a sort of pulled pork/sweet potato nachos. They were EXTREMELY delicious! This was a super-simple meal, and the sweetness of the chips along with the smoky flavor of the pork coupled well with the guacamole. It was truly a tasty lunch!

Dinner: Sherry and I went out for dinner prior to seeing a show at Jones Hall in Houston, and we went to Ruggles Black. They have many Paleo options on the menu, and I went with a dish that had chicken, spaghetti squash, and sauerkraut. It was delicious and very filling! Once again, I forgot to take a photo of it because I dug right into it when it arrived. By the time I remembered to take a photo, half of the food was gone.
