  • Eat healthy portions: don’t starve, but don’t over eat
  • Get some exercise: it’s not necessary, but it helps
  • Stick with it: give the diet time to take effect
  • Don’t cheat: don’t give in to temptation and appetite

Do the work. It’s worth it. You’re worth it.
